We thought you might ask, so we put together these FAQS for you. We're pretty sure everything on our website was self explanatory, super helpful and perfectly worded in a way where you would have no questions whatsoever. So, you will likely not even need to come here, but because we're feeling crazy generous here's a bunch more stuff for you to read through.

Tracking

Why didn’t I get a tracking email?

Please double check the email address you have for your order, and your spam folder. If you cannot find it please contact us at hello@sticksandpricks.com and we will resend your email.

Why don’t I have tracking for my item?

You should have received an email once your item was shipped that included your tracking number. Please double check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t get lost. If you cannot find it please contact us at hello@sticksandpricks.com and we will resend your email.

My Order

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept canceled orders. Please be 100% certain that you love what’s in your cart before making a purchase and we’ll do our part to get what you love to you in a timely fashion.

Are my stickers and pins durable? Are my stickers and pins waterproof?

  • There's a special laminate that is placed on our stickers to keep them durable. It makes the premium vinyl that they are printed on weather resistant, so you don't have to worry about having them out in the rain, wind or sun.
  • We use high quality hard enamel for our pins. This material is durable, but if you want to keep your pin in great condition for a long time make sure you keep it away from water.

How can I make changes to my order?

Short answer, you can’t. Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to your order, cancel your order, or receive a refund. Please make sure all orders are entered correctly. If you forgot an item, please submit another order.

Something is wrong with the product, what do I do?

For items that are damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at hello@sticksandpricks.com and send us a picture of the envelope, itemized receipt and the damaged product within 10 days of your order. For example, if you order a set of stickers and pins on Nov. 2nd, you will need to report the damaged item, along with the listed documentation above, to us by 11:59PM EST on Nov. 12th.

Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay, Venmo, Visa

Which currency will I be charged in?

All payments will be in US Dollars.

Do you offer a buy now, pay later payment option?

We do not offer that ourselves, but depending on how you pay, your payment provider may offer it.

Shipping and Returns

Do you do International Shipping?

We haven’t forgotten about our international friends! Buy our stuff and we’ll ship it to you. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase.

What is your processing time?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

How long will it take to get my item?

All shipping is with USPS and is subject to their timeline. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you. Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Does my package have tracking?

All packages are insured and tracked. And you will receive a tracking number via email when your order is handled and shipped. Tracking number emails often go into Spam Folders - please check yours.

What are your Returns and Exchanges policies?

Returns & Exchanges: Unfortunately at this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any order. Please be 100% certain that you love what’s in your cart before making a purchase and we’ll do our part to get what you love to you in a timely fashion.

Other

Do you offer a referral program?

By program do you mean us being happy, because you told your friends and followers how much you loved our stuff? We will definitely be happy about that, but we didn’t create a program for it.

Do you have physical stores?

So, we’re just going to be completely honest with you, we aren’t peopley enough to do the whole ”in person” thing; plus, we like working in our pjs.

Do you offer your products at wholesale?

If you are interested in carrying our products in your store, please email us at hello@sticksandpricks.com with your store/studio name, location, and contact info, what you are interested and we will get back to you.
